Website/ADA Compliance

ADA compliance deadline pushed to next year, will done hopefully be once finals is over.

Exams

Good luck with exams! If people need help or want to have a study group then reach out to set something up.

Officer Changes

change experiencewmu, bitwarden access, bank account to everyone new who was elected.

Dues/POS debt

pay your debt!!! pos is getting redone by thrawn and airbreak hopefully this summer. Plus trying to fix command for dues in chat.

Room Reorganization

JC, Thrawn, and Quake are planning the reorganization of the room this summer. If anyone has ideas for it or wants to help let them know.

Summer Project ideas

Billy bass gpt is getting worked on, if anyone wants to work on anything this summer reach out to find info.

Current POS/Doorbot fixes

Touchscreen on POS is broken, use mouse if you want to buy anything. Fix maybe after meeting. Doorbot works but switch keeps falling off so we need figure out a permanent fix. Complete doorbot overhaul maybe?

WSA reimbursment

Airbreak and thrawn working on this. Check for bonfire is ready, $1200 to go back into cclub account. we’re getting a bunch of fun stuff. Airbreak is meeting with amy. Finance office is busy so everything is happening just a bit slow.

Business cards/stickers

once we have money we need to order business cards and stickers since we are out.
